In addition to our robotic automation services, we also provide engineering and support services. If a cell goes down or needs additional tooling or software, we will be there to help. By remaining independent of machine tool builders, we have the flexibility to build automation for any platform, including the incorporation of automation into existing machines. BUILT IN-HOUSE
Our automated cells are designed, assembled, and programmed in-house by knowledgeable Matrix engineers and technicians. Our expert robot technicians install the systems to make sure they meet the appropriate operation and design specifications, while our application engineers program the robots. In accordance with the strict FANUC requirements, we keep select FANUC robot spare parts in stock to help with time-sensitive repairs and reduce downtime.
