Remote Support
With installation and configuration of an advanced Industrial Remote Access Router, Live Automation can support your machine or process from anywhere in the world. This can drastically reduce your maintenance costs and optimize your machine uptime. Live Automation can provide controls network analysis to provide the proper remote support option for your facility, including:
- Troubleshooting and programming PLCs;
- Viewing and controlling your HMI;
- Connecting to a web camera for assistance; and
- Supporting our field technicians remotely.

Field Services
Our knowledgeable and professional team provides field service, support and troubleshooting services 24 hours a day year round. Our service teams are personally invested in our clients, and whether it’s the middle of the night or 2 hours before Super Bowl, we’ll be there.
Field service capabilities include troubleshooting systems whether the problem lies with the PLC program, system wiring, instrumentation, VFDs or any other control system component. Once we have identified the problem, we’ll do our best to either fix it on the spot, or assist you in getting the right parts and personnel there to perform the repair.
