Interactive Manufacturing Limited is an independent privately owned company specialising in the design and manufacture of Special Purpose Assembly Machines, Leak test machines, Machine Tools, Purpose Built Test Rigs, Test Systems, factory automation and support services to industry.
Located within Whitstable, Kent, Interactive comprises of the specialists of previous companies, Mulhead and Prestech to facilitate a broader scope of supply to industry. As a result of this amalgamation, Interactive are able to provide the total solution of customers needs from the metal cutting stage to full assembly, testing and packaging.
The machine tool range is based around purpose built multi-station metal cutting machines for volume component production. Mulhead machines have a first class international reputation and over 600 have been designed and sold since 1960.
Our special purpose assembly / test machines range from simple single stage leak testing fixtures to fully automatic assembly / test systems with an integrated data logging facility. Such assembly / test equipment has been supplied to a broad spectrum of industries with applications ranging from the automatic progressive assembly of automotive products to component performance, endurance, functional and leakage integrity monitoring.
