D.  At every step, fastener parts are randomly selected, inspected and analyzed using SPC (networked Statistical Process Control) and other advanced process monitoring techniques. This method ensures that any irregularities can be immediately identified and corrected.Each lot of fasteners is subjected to metallurgical examination and physical tests to determine hardness, shear, tensile, torque, fatigue, stress durability, micro / macro evaluation and other tests, as required by contract. We also ensure our operations are in full compliance with the Fastener Quality Act, MIL-I-45208, ISO9001:2015/AS9100:Rev. D and ANSI Z540.1 & ISO 10012-1.
