Our New Experience Center and Headquarters for the Americas is located in Hoffman Estates, IL. The strategic advantages derived from this Midwest location, and the logistic resources of nearby Chicago, enables us to better provide outstanding service and support.
In addition to being the Company’s customer service hub, the Hoffman Estates facility is home to Bystronic administration, manufacturing, parts, sales and training operations. The spacious showroom is equipped to provide live product demonstrations. On-site classrooms offer hands-on training and standard and customized courses for programmers, machine operators and maintenance personnel.
