In March 2016 Bromford was acquired by Liberty Hall Capital Partners a New York based Private Equity firm who is focused exclusively on investments in businesses serving the global aerospace and defence industry and complementary industrial end markets.
Bromford has amongst its customer base a number of major OEM,s including Snecma, Rolls Royce, Siemens, Messier-Bugatti-Dowty, GE Power & Water and Alstom to name but a few, Bromford has secured long term contracts across its core markets, securing the future of the business for many years to come.
Bromford success has been built on understanding and exceeding the needs of its customers, investing in its people and equipment which has resulted in a considerable modernisation of the manufacturing facilities - The modernisation activity and investment is core to Bromfords growth.
All three Bromford facilities are accredited to the latest AS9100 rev C aerospace standards in addition to ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001 and comprehensive NADCAP approvals - a demonstration of the company’s commitment to becoming a fully 'process driven' organisation.
Our sites are all vertically integrated from top to bottom - from customer enquiry, to prototype, concurrent engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing, finishing, certification and delivery.
