Hydrostatic Test Chamber / High Pressure Autoclave
All key components, including the Pressure Vessels are designed and manufactured at our facility. WSF has successful Hydrostatic Test Autoclaves designs in various vertical and horizontal configurations. Our systems include numerous innovations developed by WSF with a proven performance history spanning many years. Our RAPIDOOR® quick access closure for opening and closing the pressure chamber in a matter of seconds is standard on most units. Many WSF Hydrostatic Test Systems incorporate our unique RapidLoader™ design permitting fast exterior loading and unloading without the need for a pit, bridge, or external product cart.
Control System Package Options
WSF designs and manufactures Control System packages for various Hydrostatic and High Pressure Test applications at our facility. System packages include all necessary pumps, valves, gauges, instrumentation and piping designed for each customer’s test requirements.
Our control systems permit accurate Hydrostatic Test cycles with variable pressure profiles. Extended control features include: multiple cycle recipe storage and selection with variable pressures, ramp rates, cycle times, with cycle, device, sensor and system alarms.
Typical SmartClave® features include cycle parameter entry, alarm status monitoring, operating, status and diagnostic messaging.
Several Documentation options including Paperless Recording and custom interfaces for customer’s specific SCADA, OEE, and IoT requirements can also be provided.
