Use TuffGrip™ return position sensing work supports in any automated system when it is critical to know that the work supports are retracted before beginning the unload/load cycle. Whenever an extended work support could cause a machine, robot, or other tool crash, the position of the work support has become critical. TuffGrip™ offers the extra measure of vigilance that could mean the difference between profit and loss.

The TuffGrip™ Position Sensing has the same positive return as Vektek’s other double acting supports and you no longer need ancillary devices to insure part retention. Once retracted the "all clear" feedback can be communicated back to the machine controller before unloading/loading the part. Your project stays on time and on target.
