Val Controls Series 500 - Valve monitoring is a line of valve and actuator monitoring devices made to suit the most extreme environments. They are designed to be compact and easy to install.

The Series 500 comes in five models:
- LS: Limit switchbox fitted with 1-4 limit switches
- PT: Position transmitter with 4-20mA, HART, Profibus or Foundation Fieldbus
- RS: Remote sensingbox using a potentiometer for feedback of actuator position
- LP: A combined limit switchbox and position transmitter in a compact enclosure
- LR: A combined limit switchbox and remote sensingbox in a compact enclosure
The Val Controls Series 500 is a compact unit, which makes further units unnecessary.
