TMP Engineering designs and manufactures robotized automation for palletizing and end of line. The plants can be equipped with anthropomorphic robots or with Cartesian robots. The production sectors where our company has created and supplied the robotic automation of palletization and end of line are food, medical, mechanical and plastic processing. The lines can be supplied complete with product handling systems for loading and unloading, wrapping machines, labeling machines, pallet feeding systems, we can also supply product management software capable of communicating with storage warehouses.

Operation

The robot picks up the elements from a feeding roller conveyor and places them on the pallet according to a programmed pattern, in such a way as to avoid overturning the stack. The gripping or gripper system is designed according to the needs of the product and installed on the robot. After the creation of the pallet, when required, the wrapping phase takes place, in which the pallet will be stabilized and protected thanks to the application of an extensible plastic film. At the end of the procedure, the pallet will be ejected from the line and will leave the island to continue its journey to the phases of use, storage or transport.
