HDI circuit boards (High Density Interconnects). Micro Vias / Blind Vias / Buried Vias / Plugged Vias / Copper Plated Vias

By HDI printed circuit boards, we mean printed circuit boards with high-density wiring, characterized by technical features such as printed conductor structures ≤ 75 μm and blind vias, as well as buried vias. These micro-drillings are carried out both mechanically and using laser technology. As an additional option, we offer plugging holes and, if necessary, overcoppering or filling them with copper.
