From single line items to Direct Line Feed and high volume kits, at Sigma, we actively support aerospace customers with detail parts.
Our extensive range of sheet detail processes includes high-speed CNC twin-headed routers, CNC punches, CNC press brakes and dual action 250 tonne presses.
All heat treatment, chemical cleaning, surface treatments, Non Destructive Testing and associated laboratory work is managed in-house, meaning we are able to closely manage all supporting elements, delivering greater lead time control for our customers.
We also manufacture a variety of aircraft sub-assemblies, ranging from simplistic, riveted types to complex mechanical assemblies incorporating welded structures.
