The machine utilisation calculation is the actual time a machine is in a productive (running) state over the defined time period, divided by the total number of available hours in that same time period. It’s actually a very simple calculation but the huge advantage of collecting machine utilisation data in Seiki AIR, is that your analytics are updated in real-time. This means that you’re always working with the very latest information and can make informed decisions, based on facts.
