RAMCEL Precision Stamping and Manufacturing is constantly searching for ways to leverage costs for our customers. Among the innovative solutions we’ve implemented for customers are custom assembly alternatives. We design and build customer automatic assembly machines and in-line vision systems to limit variances and achieve the best investment for our customers.

Our Engineers have designed and built in-line vison systems to check and verify the presence of as many as 134 stamped features. If a non-conforming part is detected, the part is automatically diverted and segregated into an isolated compartment. This prevents any chance of non-conforming parts getting to the customer.
