Pryme Group provides CNC machining services to the the Oil Gas, Aerospace and Defence Industries. Thanks to our comprehensive range of modern CNC machinery and as a result of the years of experience acquired working specialist materials, we offer high-quality precision-machined components. Our capabilities include mill-turn, horizontal milling, and 3 to 13-axis machining. We have the capacity for small components of 0.5mm diameter up to large scale machining of 20 tonnes.

Exotic Materials Experts

In the years we have acquired an extensive experience in working with exotic materials. Some of the manufactured pieces we have worked on are made of inconel, monel and duplex, titanium, as well as grade steel and alloys. Our teams of skilled CNC machinists are able to support clients by delivering on the most complex machining jobs.

Sliding Head Specialists

Pryme Group hold one of the largest ranges of Star Sliding Head machines in the UK. Thanks to this, we can manufacture machined parts from 0.3mm to 35mm in diameter and offer up to 9-axis capabilities.

Our Quality Management System (QMS) is the focus of continuous improvement to ensure that we’re always maintaining the highest standards possible.
