VOLUMETRIC GAIN-IN-WEIGHT (GIW) OPTIONS
GIW batching systems sequentially feed many materials most commonly from a railcar, truck, or silo into a central vessel typically a hopper mounted on load cells. The hopper can be a stand-alone piece of equipment or it can be positioned above our pneumatic blender, conveyor, or any process equipment.
GRAVIMETRIC LOSS-IN-WEIGHT (LIW) OPTIONS
LIW systems simultaneously meter multiple, high value ingredients from bulk bags into a central vessel typically a hopper mounted on load cells. The hopper can be a stand-alone piece of equipment or it can be positioned above our pneumatic blender, conveyor, or any process equipment.
