Motion Control Products latest's in runner frameless torque motors (or known as "direct drive frameless motors") are a range of frameless kit motors, with the latest innovation in rotary direct drives.
Our in runner frameless torque motors consist of a separate rotor and stator which are assembled directly inside the machine. This unique design results in a compact, fully-integrated motor with improved dynamic performance.
The TI-series frameless torque motor offers engineers a wide solution to applications that demand maximum flexibility, power density, dynamics, and service life. They are also extremely easy to fit and install with Hall effect sensors which are an available fitted option, with a quick delivery to suit our customer's requirements.
These direct drive torque motors are available in sizes from 65mm to 410mm in diameter with several winding variants, giving a continuous torque from 0.25Nm up to 70Nm. With pole counts from 8 to 64 poles, the optimised insulation properties allow their use in a wide voltage range of DC voltages.
The motor winding can be customised to achieve any desired speed, making them ideal for a wide range of applications such as indexing table, robot joints, material handling, ring rail machines, pharmaceutical shaker, surgical robot, and other medical systems.
