Bilayer manufacturing parameters and general tolerances

We classify the difficulty of the circuits according to the following parameters:

CLASS

Set of dimensional characteristics of the different elements that make up the image of the printed circuit.

RING CHECK

Copper ring between the drill and its pad. This parameter will determine the difficulty of centering between the hole and the image of the circuit.

TOLERANCES

Degree of tolerance of the different processes and materials.

The sum of these three concepts will define the manufacturing difficulty and therefore the price of the printed circuit.
