With oil bath gearbox you can be sure that all the gears in the gearbox unit are lubricated. With proper and uniform lubrication of the gears, the gearbox does not get heated up easily and the gears won't wear out.

Other premium features of the MAB 455 SB heavy duty magnetic drill are Magnet Adhesion Indicator which informs the operator if the material thickness or surface of the material is suitable for the magnet adhesion. A very important feature in terms of safety of the operator and to avoid tool breakage. The MAB 455 SB gets Complete Internal Cabling which makes the magnetic drill handier and easy to use especially while drilling on steel structures. The Keyless drill chuck also helps avoid tool breakage.

The drilling capacity of the MAB 455 SB heavy duty magnetic drill is 40 mm (Ø 2-1/16") diameter and 55 mm (2 11/64'') cutting depth with Annular Cutters and 18 mm (Ø 7/8") with twist drills.
