NWS-K - needle winding system for pile chains

Description

The NWS/K chain winder enables better slot filling and thus a higher filling factor for stators with internal slots. The teeth of the stator are unfolded and the entire stator is placed horizontally. With the NWS/K chain winder, up to 4 unfolded stators can be wound in parallel. Each stator can in turn be wound with e.g. 3 wires (3 phases) in parallel. The component can be changed directly in the winding position, by a loading shuttle or by a workpiece carrier circulation system. The connecting wires can be connected at the top and bottom using the swivel wire guide over the axis. The networkable, modular control concept is based on a Beckhoff PC control.
