Alligator Automations provide complete turn-key solution for your bag filling requirement.A variety of materials and bulk products are packaged by using open mouth filling systems. The process of manual bagging involves the placement of an empty bag on to the clamp manually by the operator. The bag is then filled, released and dropped onto the sewing conveyor belt. The bag is straightened and fed to the sewing conveyor manually.For gross weighing, the spout of the packer is suspended from an electronic load cell that accurately weighs the amount of product in the bag. In net weigh applications, the material is pre-weighed in scales above the open mouth bag filler, then discharged into the open mouth bag.
