Structural Design

Castings: To ensure the machine rigidity and accuracy during long term heavy cutting, the spindle headstock is made of one piece ‘FCD600’ castings.
The pallet is also made of ‘FCD600’ casting to eliminate possible deformation caused by heavy payload.

Spindle Unit: The powerful spindle utilizes ultra high precision ceramic ball bearings and is constantly lubricated by oil-air mist for smooth, accurate and rigid cutting at any speed.

Two spindle options are available:

1) High Speed: 20, 000 RPM, 22kW, 60 NM Torque
2) High Torque: 12, 000 RPM, 30 kW, 286 Nm Torque
