Bestech Australia introduces the capaNCDT 6112 displacement measurement sensor

22 February 2017

Bestech Australia introduced the capaNCDT 6112 for non-contact capacitive displacement measurement. The capaNCDT 6112  is suited for integration in machines and facilities. The controllers are designed for dynamic measurement tasks up to 20kHz (-3dB). The capaNCDT system can also be used for thickness, coordinate and oscillation measurements, as well as brake test stands. Other applications can be found in R&D, semiconductor production, automation, medical engineering and machine building.

The capaNCDT 6112 can be used for a range of applications with a power supply of between 9V and 36V. This allows it to work in passenger cars and trucks. Another special feature is its adaptability to individual, customer-specific measurement tasks. Here, various modifications can be carried out, e.g. optimized resolution by reduced measuring ranges, modified cable lengths and designs.
