E-P POSITIONER YT-1000

The Electro-Pneumatic (EP) positioner YT-1000 operates pneumatic valve actuators by means of electrical controller or control system with an analog output signal of DC 4mA to 20mA or split ranges. There is no resonance at 5Hz to 200Hz.

• The change of RA/DA acting is convenient, it is able to apply to single or double acting actuators
• It is possible to prevent the hunting with orifice to the small size actuator
• It is economical due to less air consumption
• It is able to control the 1/2 split range with simple operation without replacement of parts

P-P POSITIONER YT-1200

The pneumatic positioner YT-1200 has a compact size and is used with pneumatic valve actuators by means of pneumatic controller or control systems with an output signal of three-psi to five-psi, or split rages.

INTELLIGENT POSITIONER - YT-2300 SMART VALVE POSITIONER

The YT-2300 smart valve positioner controls valve stroke accurately according to an input signal of 4mA to 20mA being input from the controller. In addition, the highly efficient microprocessing operator built into the product performs various and powerful functions like auto-calibration, PID control, alarm and Hart protocol.

• LCD attached outside of the product allows inspection of the positioner in the field
• All kinds of information for valve and positioner can be processed using Hart communication

AIR FILTER REGULATOR YT-200, 250

The air-filter regulator YT-200, 250 reduces the supply pressure of the plant's main air-line and supplies the valve positioner or control device. The YT-200 maintains stable outlet pressure regardless of the fluctuation of input pressure or flow rate. It is easy to install and maintain due to lightweight and small size. To filter minute particles it is available with a five-micron filter. There is also a relief function, which discharges into the atmosphere if the outlet pressure is higher than the setting pressure.

LOCK-UP VALVE YT-400

The lock-up valve YT-400 closes the passage of air-flow piping by sensing the pressure of the main supply pressure when the pressure is lower than the setting pressure due to accidents and so forth. It can be installed with metal piping without extra bracket due to small size and light weight.

• YT-400 reacts susceptibly at the minute differential pressure below 0.1kg/f
• Corrosion resistance is excellent with epoxy powder coating
• For special types, it is able to attach a limit switch or indicator, which displays whether the YT-400 is opened or shut
