SINGLE-AXIS EARTHQUAKE SIMULATION SHAKE TABLES
Bi-00-300 shake tables are designed to simulate horizontal shaking action associated with seismic and other vibration controls on test specimens. Our shake tables feature digitally controlled servo-hydraulic actuators that are mounted on linear bearings for friction-free movement at any given payload. These tables are suitable for evaluating earthquake response on full-scale or scaled-down structures and equipment under constant amplitude or pseudo-random condition settings.
THREE-AXIS SIX DEGREE OF FREEDOM EARTHQUAKE SIMULATION SHAKE TABLES
Our actuator shake tables were developed to evaluate specimen response to earthquake conditions. BiSS shake table systems boast unique hardware and software features that considerably reduce costs. BiSS' Bi-05-200/250 series is the testing industry's first high productivity shock absorber / strut / front fork test system specifically designed for use on damper production lines. It is used to ensure that assembled parts meet performance specification and focuses on harmonizing production line test requirements for two, three and four wheeler suspension components.
ELASTOMER TESTING MACHINES FOR PRODUCTION AND R&D FACILITIES
BiSS servo-hydraulic test systems are used for developmental testing and quality assurance of elastomers including engine and transmission mounts, bushings and other rubberized components used to suppress noise and vibration. Tests for vibration response measure frequencies from 0Hz to 200Hz, displacement from 0.05mm to 15mm and forces from 0kN to 25kN.
THREE-AXIS SUSPENSION TESTING MACHINES
BiSS' multi-poster test facility is used to evaluate vehicle chassis / suspension response, durability and ride comfort under simulated road conditions. It is derived from the open-architecture DSP-based 2350 control and data acquisition system.
